These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of solidbpo.com (the “Site”), operated by SolidBPO (“SolidBPO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About These Terms
These Terms apply to your use of the Site itself — browsing, submitting the contact form, and engaging with published content. They do not govern the delivery of outsourced support, KYC, or back-office services, which are separately covered by a signed service agreement between SolidBPO and each client. Where these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict on matters relating to actual service delivery, the service agreement controls.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, transmitting malicious code, scraping or harvesting content at scale without permission, and submitting false or misleading information through our contact forms.
3. No Financial, Legal, or Regulatory Advice
SolidBPO provides business process outsourcing services — including customer support, KYC/AML support, and back-office operations — to forex brokers, proprietary trading firms, and fintech companies. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or regulatory advice, and SolidBPO is not a broker, dealer, exchange, or financial institution. Content on the Site, including blog articles, is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice specific to your circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the SolidBPO name and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to SolidBPO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, such as our live chat provider. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SolidBPO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SolidBPO harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which SolidBPO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed service agreement between SolidBPO and a client specifies a different governing law for that engagement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
